Chu Guanjie currently has a 3,000-square-meter anti-static and dust-free standard factory building. The surface mount equipment includes British DEK printing machines, German SIEMENS surface mounters, and German ERSA nitrogen return reflow soldering for production processing. Optical testing uses German VISCOM and Korean PEMTRON. It adopts a circular double-track system, specifically for the mass production of various safety-level automotive electronic products. The plug-in lines use German ERSA selective soldering. AOI, ICT, FCT (including program burning), and shock-proof rubber coating processes all adopt online methods, with high automation levels. It also has 2 automated assembly and testing lines and 1 flexible manual line.
